Dessert Pancake Mix Trick! Easyn the Blackstone Griddle: Moonshine and Peaches!

We get asked all the time for griddle dessert recipes - and this easy peach dessert pancake mix hack on the Blackstone was fantastic! We started by making a sweetened cream cheese, then we made our favorite muffin mix pancake recipe using cinnamon sugar muffin mix. Then, we cooked some fresh sliced peaches on the griddle with some brown sugar and moonshine. The result was an awesome, not too sweet griddle dessert that could work as a breakfast too!
