Blackfoot Srikes Train Train 1979. Foot Stomping Great Old School Southern Fried Rock and Roll! Blackfoot was the warmup band for The Who on their Who Are You tour in 1979, it was the first concert I went to and it was on December 8th 1979 at The Pontiac Silverdome in Michigan. Keith Moon had passed away after the "Who Are You" album from 1978. The drummer that took Keith's place was Kenney Jones from the "Small Faces" and the "Faces", he did an excellent job helping The Who! Blackfoot was Incredible as the warmup band in that time and they deserve more credit than they got! Those were the good old days of Rock & Roll!
