Antidepressant Withdrawal Side-Effects💙

Following on from my video a couple of days ago about breakthrough depression where depression symptoms come back despite people being on antidepressants that have actually been helping them, I've been reacquainted with the actual problems that people are having when they come off of antidepressants trying to switch to other antidepressants.💙

I just wanted to remind people that it seems really important that you come off of antidepressants in conjunction with your doctor's advice and a wise thing to do would be to gradually decrease the dose of the antidepressant that you're on if you want to come off an antidepressant because they do make major changes to your brain chemistry and your brain will adapt.💙

If you suddenly stop your antidepressants that can cause antidepressant withdrawal side effects, so it's very wise to taper off your antidepressants if that's something you're planning to do and please do it with medical supervision. 💙
