Daily Minute 8/16/24: New Title IX rules blocked for now

The Supreme Court just announced that it would not overturn two lower court rulings blocking new Biden/Harris Title IX rules from going into effects. These rules would essentially allow boys to use girls' bathrooms and play on girls' sports teams in public schools and colleges. Idaho's Attorney General Raúl Labrador had joined one of the lawsuits, as our state has laws preventing both those things.
