Revelation 16 - God's Wrath On The Whole World 8/17/24

Rev 16 details how God unleashes His wrath on a world that is in full rebellion against Him. The first four plagues strike the entire planet and not since the flood has Earth seen such calamity. What is the significance about these plagues?
