Man who was wrongfully convicted by Kamala Harris says she laughed at him when he was sentenced to 50 years in prison for a crime he didn't commit.

Jamal Trulove was awarded $13.1 million after spending 6 years in prison after being framed by police. Trulove was framed by police for the shooting of his friend.
