Diversity only benefits the politicians that speak it and those that use it for power, wealth and control; otherwise, it is detrimental to any society if it is not done at the same intellectual or skill level. EXPLAIN: The best way to explain this is to return to 1863 and paraphrase a statement that was made by then President Abraham Lincoln: "As long as Black people are in America, White people will be a problem for Black people."
