Your brain can be likened to a ship. It needs guidance to reach its destination. This destination is your goal. And the guidance that is required is persistent and continuous action to obtain that goal.

Something that can make this task a lot easier is to curate the information that you allow into your mind, you are a product of your environment and the external stimuli around you will eventually seep into your subconscious.

Therefore it is vitally important that you surround yourself with information and people that are going to help you reach your goals and not hinder your growth.
