Crooks Shot at FBI-SS Range for a year before J13; Baker & Steve Friend Think They GROOMED Him

Some of what Watters says here is dumb (going to the range once or twice a week is normal for anyone, high school kid or not) but the point comes across, he was training at an FBI/SS range and it looks like they groomed him to do something like this.
