The Michigan Department of Natural Resources is now allowing

Bikers may ride Class One bikes with pedal assist and Class Two bikes with throttle control on the trails. Class One bikes were already approved for all riders in July, but Class Two bikes were approved only for riders with disabilities. The Department of Natural Resources will revisit the issue next year to determine if any changes need to be made.
