Drunk and Demanding: the Most Painful DUI Stop

Just after midnight on November 4, 2022, a concerned citizen called 911 regarding a Chevrolet Traverse stopped in the westbound lanes facing east. When Officers Morea, Mangel, and Garito arrived, they boxed the vehicle in for public safety and then approached the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle. This is footage of that event.
