Democrats in recent decades have failed to win a presidential election without the 13 Electoral College votes in Virginia, and, in Arlington, where Arlington Democrats hold all of the strings of power in the crown jewel of the kingmaker congressional district for the state, candidates are being told to focus on issues like “bodily autonomy”, soft-pedaling even on safe schools, after closing public schools while China was in the process after only a month of closures, and generally referring to equity issues like racial justice and other “constitutional rights”, but, without a congressional race to run, for the present, one fringe independent is enjoying taking pot shots at the school board he is suing and the congressional incumbent who had offered him a bribe job offer to get out of politics. And, just yesterday, a filing calling into question the usage of a color-coded cheat sheet, with a prefilled dot, for voters in the most educated voters in the South, has set off a flourish of comments from one “loud party”—yeah. He’s must be really Black.

“Well, Howard, you know I am not surprised about the problems Prince Floyd is having in Maryland, because my neighbors here in Virginia have even issued complaints about my loud parties in courts, banning me in two in progressive and colorblind Northern Virginia. I thought as long as I kept it to a whisper in movie theaters there would be no problems, but you might wanna let folks know that they don’t look kindly on colored folks making all that noise in courts down here,” remarked Major Mike Webb.
