Today, I woke up at 2 AM with a strong urge to use, but thankfully, it only lasted for two minutes before fading away. Interacting with people online is new to me, and while I enjoy it, it can be exhausting as a social introvert. I'm learning to balance these new experiences in my sobriety journey. Listening to Eminem’s "Lose Yourself" reminds me of the strength and determination needed to keep pushing forward, especially knowing his own incredible story of sobriety.
