So many things from these retro games and other medium can apply to today and other times. Wish there was some kind of reset button. This right here showing why things like Communism stink and why it's not needed. You play well in collecting coins and other items, only for Bowser to divide them up equally among everyone with the first player losing a bunch. Socialism and Communism are not needed nor are other flawed ideologies. What those like Harris, Walz and stuff are practically advocating for. Not equal opportunities but equal outcomes and everyone having the same or whatever. Continued scary times and so much gaslighting and manipulation to boot followed by spinning from well paid influencers and company. Wish I could get paid thousands of dollars to spout biased banter from various organizations but whatever. So much more could be said.
