The R.I. Sea monster

With the new information about a ocean below our crust. This story from 8 years ago sounds far more lagit. As do all the lake monster stories around the world. Not just Nessy the lock ness monster. But there are stories like it all over. Especially in the Great Lakes.
But the legion of the Rhode Island sea monster goes back to the 1600’s.
My thoughts are that the hissing noise. Was not vocalizaciones. But just the sound of water after it went through the gills or what ever it has. If it wanted to eat them. It would have. It was curious. Trying to get a good look at them.
There has to be caves and tunnels that run all through our world. With creatures we have no clue about. So on that rare occasion someone sees something. People call them crazy. Just like UFO’s Bigfoot Reptoids or any other cryptid.
I have seen so many absolutely crazy things in my life. So my curiosity draws me to these stories.
I am not crazy. But some people do lie for attention.
