It’s a question that many ask on their healing journey, and I’m here to shed some light. 🌟 Enemas might seem daunting, but they play a crucial role in tackling parasites. 🦠

Here’s why: Parasites can create a protective biofilm or mucus in your intestines, hiding from treatments. Enemas help to break down this barrier, reaching and destroying not just the parasites, but also their eggs and larvae. 🛡️💥

I know, it might sound a bit off-putting, but let me share my experience. At first, I was hesitant about doing enemas, but I decided to give them a try—and I’m glad I did. 🌱

I used coffee enemas for quite a while and felt incredibly cleaned out afterward. Yes, I occasionally saw parasites, but more importantly, I saw the biofilm coming out. This was a huge relief because parasites LOVE hiding in that biofilm! 🙌

I also experimented with Epsom salt and Castile soap in warm water, each method offering its own benefits. 💦✨

For me, these enema sessions became a time for mindfulness. I spent those moments praying and meditating, transforming what could have been an uncomfortable task into a peaceful, reflective practice. 🌸🙏

Enemas can be done with Garlic, baking soda, wormwood, coffee, epsom salt, castile soap, CDS (ask me about this one).
