Below requests will NOT AVAILABLE during SALE.

• Please note that orders placed during the promotion period will be automatically deleted by the system if the customer does not complete payment successfully.
• Make sure to place your order during the sale. Orders placed outside the sale period will not receive the discount, and emails about missing discounts will be ignored.
• We do not offer free samples or masks during the sale week.
ORDER
• We will not be able to cancel your order once it has been paid and confirmed. (During the Sale period, please place your order directly on our website. We can not generate and revise invoices due to high order volume.)

SHIPPING
