Project Looking Glass:
This project is one of the classified projects run out of the S-4 facility at Area 51. It's a quantum technology device allowing it's users to view past and future events using their consciousness and intent.
When the device is turned on, strong toroidal fields of energy cycles about a pouch of water at the center, which acts as a sort of resonator for in-streaming energies from the point of focus maintained by the operator. The data is collected and projected onto video monitors at incredible speeds, which later needs to be de-interlaced to reveal discernible images.
The military intelligence community is using Project Looking Glass technology against the DS.
In short, this device has confirmed multiple times that we're on an inescapable timeline and the people win as they awaken to the truth.

This topic revolves around a series of strange events that have unfolded in recent years, such as the Vatican's participation with the deep state. There is an established connection between the two, which was revealed by Arch Bishop Carlo Vigano; in a warning, he penned to President Donald Trump.

So it is suggested that the corrupt actors within the United States government visited the Vatican in the 1960s to run tests on the device. From there, they reverse-engineered the technology to develop their own device. The stated purpose of the project was to use the machine for unimaginable economic gains and to manipulate the market to their advantage, but once they realized the full scope of the technology, things took a turn.

Given that the CIA is the critical agency for raising black budget funds for the entire military-industrial complex, it would have been easy to siphon off sufficient funds to conduct its own Project Looking Glass device.
There are rumors that these devices only allowed viewing into the future up until December 21, 2012, and after that date, there are two alternative timelines that come into existence.

As of December 21, 2020, we enter the new age of Aquarius.

The grand astrological conjuncture of 2020 and this new age are supposedly signifying a change in the earth's frequency. We will return to a new golden age of knowledge and understanding.
