Rep. Emanuel Cleaver says Harris deserves more time before hosting full press conferences

Representative Emanuel Cleaver (D-MO) says it's “unrealistic” to expect Vice President Kamala Harris to speak with the press about her platform since she’s only been a presidential candidate for four weeks. “She didn’t think this was going to happen. She didn’t have any idea that she would end up being the nominee. So we have to give her time,” he says.
