Signs of SSD failure cloud computing insurance policys

In this video I am talking about the signs of Solid state disk failure in a computer and signing up for a cloud computing / cloud storage insurance policy.
Solid state disks won't make noise but they will show signs of failure. Also it doesn't make sense to place blind faith in the internet of things and expect it to work. So why would you take out an insurance policy?
