Today has been a good day. I caught up on some much-needed sleep and even though it was my rest day, I had a morning workout with a client. I'm feeling better and starting to accept this new way of living—putting myself out there is an adjustment, but I'm learning to relax and roll with the waves. I don't usually listen to this Bob Marley track, but Ren's cover truly won me over. He's such a great artist and human being.
