How is Copenhagen adapting to climate change?

Over 300 climate adaptation projects have been created in Denmark's capital to protect the city from floods and extreme weather.

In 2011, Copenhagen was hit by a major flood, leaving the capital knee-deep in water and causing widespread damage.

The projects include underground tunnels, to carry away rainfall, as well as the creation of new green spaces.
