Trying to video a squirrel and a goldfinch

I try to get up close to video a squirrel. I try to feed it a peanut, but it won't come to close. Then I notice a Goldfinch on one of my bird feeders. I try to walk slowly and hopefully get a video of it. well, I didn't get to close before it flew away. So, I try to get closer to the squirrel again. No luck again.
