Poison is the silent killer.

The mechanism that triggers death. The only problem with "poison" is once you release it, there is no telling how many people will be effected by it.

Of course, I am speaking metaphorically -- to a point. Our world has been "poisoned" throughout every cable of information, throughout our healthcare system, our education system, political leadership, Legacy Media and finally throughout this "MAFIA" who controls our Economic and International trade systems, world-wide.
