How to Handle a Cook-OFF Response to Ballistic Nation

In a recent video, Ballistic Nation was testing a Sabre 15. It became so hot that it started to cook off. While apparently no one was injured in the incident, the potential for injury is still high. This type of testing does carry some inherent risk, but with a few tweaks to their method, this kind of thing can be almost entirely mitigated. I wanted to take an opportunity to critique his actions and offer constructive criticism for not only his future efforts, but also for anyone who might find themselves in a future situation similar to this one.
