Joining me is The Keen Family. The utility company here in Tennessee, Meriweather Lewis Electric Cooperative (MLEC), has turned off their electricity because they refused to have a smart meter installed on their property. Christy and Judson Keen and their seven (7) children have been without electricity since July 8th. Other utilities in the state allow customers to opt-out of smart meters. There is no valid reason for MLEC to refuse the Keen's to opt-out. They join me today to shed light on this controversy and show how you can help.
