This Roger Corman classic staring Vincent Price is based (very loosely) on the Edgar Allen Poe story of the same name. Corman’s success with these Poe adaptations was a large part of the mid 60s Siler age of horror. This particular film was influential on later Italian horror classics like Deep Red. Enjoy
