Bumbling Around With Glowy Balls | Pacific Drive (Session III)

We are thrown into the deep end now to swim through the crazy terrain shifting world of The Exclusion Zone. We--mostly I--don't have any clue what to do, other than poke around the garage and random cars parked along the roads on our journeys. However, we do learn about skill perks and car upgrades, but without special glowy balls, we can't do anything, so out into the spooky horrors of Tourism host spots we go!
