The Audience for THE ACOLYTE Will Not Save It

Since Lucasfilm announced their Star Wars Disney+ series The Acolyte was canceled after just one season many of the few fans of the show having been going through a meltdown.

The focus of their anger has been predominately aimed at actual Star Wars fans who didn’t support the series from Harvey Weinstein’s former personal assistant Leslye Headland because the show didn’t respect the Star Wars lore. This is ultimately why the show failed, because no one watched it.
