Visualisation exercises are beneficial for young children, as much as they are for adults. It counteracts the diminishing effect, of the T.V., on the imagination. What symbols and archetypes bubble up in the imagination of a young child engaged in imagination exercises? Whatever the picture paints, there are messages in there for the adults who are willing to participate in these exercises with young children.
