FFVII Rebirth ~LIVE!~ Where's Dio?

Starting back on FF7 Rebirth after beating the game several months ago, we are at the Gold Saucer to find Dio. Why? I don't remember... But it's not letting me fast travel, so we have to find him.
Even though I have finished the game, going back to wrap up a few loose ends. This is the 2nd of 3 games just released for the remake of the original game (1997)
