Strange Otis Elevonic 411M Modded Montgomery Traction Elevators - Hilton Uptown (Charlotte, NC)

These are some strange elevators, originally Montgomery, it was modded by Otis in 2006. It has PTL Centurion Call Buttons and VR Lanterns on the outside, but a Series 2 COP on the inside. Some elevators talk, while others (like the one I filmed), don't. These are restricted besides 1 and 2, but the one I got parked on 7. Good enough for me I guess!
