Aided by his wrenched assistant, Ludicrous, the villainous Master of Misery is determined to overcome the world. All he needs is the power, which he plans to obtain by connecting the frequency of his anti-jay transmitter to Bibleman's own unlimited power grid.
With the Science Fair approaching, there's no better time to let his plot unfold. Before long, the mischief-making Master of Misery has warped the attitude of gifted science student Michael, stealing all of the joy he should have received from completing his project. Even Bibleman is affected by the fiendish freak's evil toy, but with loyal sidekick Coats and the spunky U.N.I.C.E. (Univeral Networking Intelligence Computing Entity) at his side, Bibleman discovers what to do in all those times when things just don't seem to go right in life and proves once and for all that there is no greater power than God, the source of The Incredible Force of Joy.
