Sockness introduces Jakoba to Dr. Phil TV show. The Rokat are excited about being introduced on the show. Jakoba says Sockness will warm the throne while he is on campaign. Sockness refuses the offer to stay in the artist community in Shikodu. Jakoba offers power and Sockness refuses it and wants nothing to do with it. Sockness mentions the Celestials and his abduction to the FSS Far Sight. Jakoba doubts going on Dr. Phil and he had Sockness not send his letter to the show. Jakoba offers Sockness command of Jubali’s temple and he has 27 religious texts in complete. Jakoba plans for a trial to convict Earth of crimes against the Empire. Sockness has a few chapters of the Thuhupa. Jakoba plans for then temple for his inauguration and his ritual. Alicia’s begging for pain becomes an issue, but it does not dominate the conversation. Jakoba and Michiro meet about weapons to be used to defend the home land. Shikodu is prepared to manufacture weapons to defend Kidasuna from alien attacks.
