She wanted and felt the need to make a safe place for biological women only.
Roxy Tickle is not a biological female therefore was removed from accessing the app.
Today the judge decided it was indirect discrimination based on "gender".
Sall Grover has been ordered to pay $10,000 in compensation to Roxy Tickle.
