Jakoba's Reign of Terror (pt 49)

Jakoba plans to destroy Jubali’s religion, but it would require wiping them out. Plans are made to manipulate his religion to suit the Rokat needs. Jakoba plans to use Jubali to spy on the Rokat to find traditional archers and criminals. Jakoba wants to install Puthadian enclaves in every major Rokat city to house spies. The Tri-Flame want to expand the program through the Empire and allow Puthadians the right to own property for the spy program under the guise of civil rights. This spy network is to be called the White Guard. Jubali’s Unified Mind is a tool of the White Guard to bring information to Jakoba. Jakoba makes a public announcement allowing Puthadians to own property outside of Puthade. This all under the guise of expanding civil rights to the Puthadian people. Jakoba’s plans are seen as foolproof. Sockness demands his passage home. Sockness is promised a house in the artist’s village in Shikodu. The Galactic Federation continue to be a thorn in these plans.
