What Is The Freak Athlete GHD Attachment?
--

The Freak Athlete GHD attachment is an attachment for the Freak Athlete Hyper Pro that allows me to do GHD sit ups, GHR's (Glute ham raises), and reverse hypers.

The GHD pad is dense, comfortable, and built just like the ones on a GHD bench.

It clamps on to the frame with a pop pin.

One of the benefits of the GHD set up on the Hyper Pro is that I can adjust the height and front and back angles of the machine.

This way I can make exercises easier and harder.

The reverse hyper does not use a pendulum so it is not plate loaded but I can do bodyweight reverse hyperextensions and resistance band hyperextensions.
