Reflecting on Theology of the Body and Total Depravity

Speaking with a group of middle school boys at summer camp about sexual integrity, I asked what it means to be made in the image of God. One boy answered, "We have his DNA." That got me thinking. In the incarnation, Jesus took on our DNA. And if Jesus took on all that was common to humanity, what does that tell us about human nature? Particularly, the ideas of Original Sin and Total Depravity?
