Prop 36 is on the ballot for Californians to vote on this November and Gavin Newsom couldn't be angrier about it. Prop 36 is the ballot measure looking to majorly reform Prop 47 which ushered in an increase in crime in California since 2014. Newsom has done everything in his power to stop and we discuss what his motivation likely is.
