Today's video is a how to make and enjoy Beet Kvass. I had done quite a bit of research on this ferment before doing it and was super excited to give it a try. At first I thought it was going to be a complete dissapointment, but found a way to add it to my diet. I worked hard to grow these few beets and wanted to do something special with them.
