Planks for Progress: (Day 13) Improving Core Strenght [Korn 'Freak on a Leash']

Day 13 of our 30-day planking challenge, and I'm doing it with my shoes off in this one. The location for this video is once again the gorgeous Veteran's Acres, in Crystal Lake, IL.
