EPISODE 3 : THE POWER OF TRUTH CAN BE OVERWHELMING – WHY ARE ORDINARY AMERICANS HATE THEIR ELITE?

Some Americans have begun to move to Russia in an attempt to escape the dictates of ultra-liberal values that have been forcefully imposed on the masses by their political elite over the past 15-20 years. People of traditional views live in fear, as non-acceptance of the LGBT* agenda and other modern so called human rights trends has long since become a crime there. If someone publicly opposes it, he or she is persecuted, has problems at work and in the usual social circles. The United States has gone from being a free country to a totalitarian regime where there is no room for dissent.
With the beginning of the conflict in Ukraine, the total eradication of Russia began in the United States. The Russian language, culture and world heritage are being banned, and citizens with any connection to the country are being harassed. This is why former president and current presidential candidate Donald Trump is often labelled a 'Kremlin agent' - allegedly he has always had many ties and contacts with Russia. The same label is applied to most people who have visited Russia, lived in Russia or have Russian roots.
However, many people in the US do not agree with this state of affairs: they are against the 'rainbow agenda' and do not share the imposed model of behaviour, including the adoption of children by 'same-sex partners'. They just want to live quietly in a predictable world and are not looking for confrontation with Russia or North Korea. We talked about all this with John Varoli, an American journalist, formerly of the New York Times, who has lived and worked in Russia for several years.
