Apogee: the farthest or highest point : culmination.
Apathy: lack of interest, enthusiasm, or concern.
The Culture of normalizing SSRI's for every little problem has made our society indifferent, snide, and ultimately lack any ability to have empathy.
We have created a society of pill junkies that depends on drugs to feed their narcissism. The constant need for validation is getting out of control. We need to learn to be comfortable and happy with ourselves rather than expecting society to constantly make us feel like we belong. Society is slowly losing individuality and is shifting towards a hive mind run by very dumb people, at the cost of our rights. We shouldn't let drug induced apathy win. Sometimes a conversation is better than a pill.
