TARGETING OF CIVILIANS | Need help making sense of these 'coincidental' coincidingevents

I recorded this video earlier this month while we were going through the ordeal with the car being stuck at the harbour in Dun Laoghaire. I took a moment out of the day to gather my thoughts at the park in the city. This is me talking through the events, trying to make sense of the possibilities. But I also want to make it clear that we are being targeted and in August, it has been very intense. I uploaded this on the 8th August 2024.
