The colossal failure to understand the Constitution can Kamala demonstrated should scare everyone.

The executive branch cannot "stop" a law from going into effect. They will have to file a lawsuit and go through the courts.
That's not how federalism works. Someone should introduce Kamala to the 10th amendment.
And since when there were abortion "rights" in the Constitution?
Which constitution she is reading? Certainly not The Constitution of the United States of America.
She is a former prosecutor and yet she literally has no idea about the 10th amendment, the separation of powers, and how each branch of the United States goverment works.
