Today’s Scripture reading is John 9, and the setting is the Temple, where Jesus healed a man who had been blind from birth. The disciples assumed the man was blind because someone had sinned, and the Pharisees challenged whether or not the man was ever blind. Christ, however, knew that man’s blindness was an opportunity to glorify His Heavenly Father.
