Sovereignty In Action Part 1 - 1776 Conversation

Did you know you are free to choose whether to be a sovereign (people) or a citizen, without needing to file any sort of status change? Using the preamble of the Constitution as well as Supreme Court cases we discover that People do not forfeit their sovereignty when they choose to perform as a citizen for certain purposes. We discuss what sovereignty is, what jurisdiction is and touch on our ability to hold common law court as sovereigns.
