Our Soul is the Truth and our skin is the secret component to healing, aging, pain and performance

Our Skin gets overlooked and the majority of the world focus on Muscles when it comes to training.

Our Skin is our biggest organ and does so much for our body.

There is multiple layers and structures that form to give shape, movement and protection

We are soon about to be shown how much we have been lied to and how much simple truth has been hidden from us.

Our Body is our Vessel, Our Body Is God. It performs miracles every second of every day without a thought going towards it.

How often do you look at your body? How often do you look at God?
How often do you speak to your body? How often do you speak to God?
How often do you listen to your body? How often do you listen to God?

Our body is always communicating to us and is capable anything, if we start to working with it.

Pain is like the ego, it will let you know its there, you can bring awareness to it, and work around the pain manipulating the skin and feeling how it all connects as one system.

Go beyond muscles and your muscles will still respond.

There is so much we can do with our skin.

We have all the tools with our own body to work with the skin. Elbow, knee, hands, fingers, knuckles and heel.

Foam Rollers, Bands, Thera Guns are also great ways to stimulate our skin
