Gaming Quake quake ironwail quakespasm

Quake via Ironwail in Quakespasm for Windows and Linux.
Currently, Ironwail won't work with Mac as Mac GPUs don't feature OpenGL 4.3 or later. Quakespasm without Ironwail still works great using the Vulkan IP, so Quakespasm can run without Ironwail across operating systems. Both GOG and Steam releases work.
