This was a powerful adventure into the world of healing hearts: the heart as the vacuum-based ‘mixer and stirrer’ at the centre of our energy system can take in packages of emotion, to be released when we can consciously acknowledge them. This entire episode was a journey to explore and demonstrate how it IS possible to take on and process alchemically emotional charge-energy and release it again.
